A Lecture Series on Cognitive Approaches to Literature
Our minds and bodies have a profound impact not only on the experience of reading, but also on the ways in which we make sense of the stories we read. This lecture series presents research in cognitive approaches to literature, exploring the roles that the mind and body play in readerly engagements and working towards a literary theory that takes readers, in their entirety, seriously.
