The NoRNet2023 conference on the challenges of the transition from education to working life will be held in Turku in early October. The theme of the conference is The Politics of Educational and Working Life Transitions: intersectional perspectives. Abstracts for the conference can be submitted until 30 March.

Internationally acclaimed professor Fazal Rizvi started his two year term (2019-2020) as a visiting professor at the Centre for Research on Lifelong Learning and Education, and spoke about neoliberal rationality and the internationalization of higher education on his opening lecture.
