Entrepreneurship Course Launches EC2U Education Collaboration

Entrepreneurship for research professionals is the first joint course of the EC2U Alliance. Organised by Turku School of Economics, the course can be applied to with a motivation letter by all doctoral candidates of the EC2U universities. Completing the course also gives the students an opportunity to participate in the activities of EC2U Entrepreneurship Academy in spring 2022.

EC2U Science Battle

How does a researcher tackle a problem? Science Battle is a game like event to show the public in a concrete way how researchers tackle a new research question and to demonstrate the process of research. Game was created year 2016 at the University of Turku, Finland and now it will expand as a battle between European Campuses of City Universities (EC2U) alliance.

The EC2U Forum 2021 is now over. Now we can enjoy the new ideas, contacts and discussion generated by the forum. Turku says Thank you.

We will meet again on Friday 24th of September when we have our first Science Battle. In the raffle the firs competitors are University of Pavia, University of Poitiers and University of Turku. On the last friday on September 2022 will compete the teams from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, University of Coimbra, Friedrich Schiller University of Jena and University of Salamanca.

Register now for the EC2U Forum to develop a European Joint Campus

The joint European Campus of City-Universities (EC2U) alliance forum of seven European universities will be held from 19 to 21 May. The core themes of the event, organised by the University of Turku, are social sustainability, cooperation between cities and universities, as well as micro-credentials and students' engagement. Registration for the whole event or parts of it is now open.

EC2U Forum 19-21 May 2021

The EC2U Forum was organised by University of Turku during 19–21 May, 2021. It was organised virtually and had several excellent keynote speakers and panelists. It had participants from the seven universities, cities and beyond.

Registered participants are able to see presentations and recordings of the Forum on the Liveto Platform for the next two weeks.
