Biografia

I earned my Master's in Physics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science Education and Research-Mohali in 2023, where I was honoured to receive the Ishan Uday scholarship from the Government of India. My academic journey has offered me the privilege of collaborating with distinguished research groups at the Indian Institute of Technology- Delhi and Plaksha University, focusing on the dynamic fields of soft condensed matter physics and fluid dynamics. In September 2024, I took a significant step in my career by joining the University of Turku as a Project Researcher. I am eager to contribute to innovative research and further my expertise.

Opetus

I have gained substantial experience as a teacher in preparing high school students for national competitions. At UTU I am cuurently a teaching assisant for the course:

  • Mechanical Properties of Materials MTEK0005 (Autumn)

Tutkimus

In my research, I employ molecular dynamics, Brownian dynamics, Dissipative Particle Dynamics and coarse-graining techniques to simulate intricate protein phase behaviour using patchy particles. This project explores how the structure and dynamics of these particles and the presence of crowding agents contribute to liquid-liquid phase transitions, shedding light on the underlying mechanisms that govern their interactions. My work seeks to enhance our theoretical understanding of protein behaviours in various contexts.
