If you need assistance with using or acquiring IT devices, please reach out to Digital Services’ Helpdesk. The Helpdesk team is available through multiple contact methods.

The opening hours of the IT Services are:

Phone service (+358 29 450 6000), chat and IT Service points are open from 8am to 3pm on regular weekdays.
