Study path

The programme consists of theoretical and methodological studies (30 ECTS) in English, and of elective studies (60 ECTS) in French or in German that view European societies in the perspective of linguistic and cultural diversity. The master's thesis is 30 ECTS.

The programme requires that at least two exchange semesters will be spent at one or more of the EC2U partner universities: University of Poitiers (France), University of Jena (Germany), University of Pavia (Italy), University of Coimbra (Portugal), University of Salamanca (Spain) and University of Iasi (Roumania).  Students are free to choose the exchange university/universities that best suit their study objectives. Another central factor in choosing the exchange university/universities is language skills.

After completing the programme, a master’s degree will be awarded by all the universities where a minimum of 30 ECTS has been achieved.
