At Turku School of Economics, emotion research takes the individual point of view. A central objective is that through understanding individual emotions better, organizations can improve their products, services, management practices and overall operations. As a research theme emotions reach acoss the reearch foci of the department of marketing and international business. At the moment, the research centers on innovation development and management, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, but new research areas are already being investigated. All of the research projects are cross-disciplinary and internationa, and promote research cooperation with organizations. This approach enables both novel and impactful research findings.
