Description: The goal of the project is to improve solopreneurs’ as well as small- and micro-businesses’ capabilities to cope and thrive in turbulent and uncertain business environments. The efficiency, adaptability, and employee well-being of these businesses are enhanced through a resilience assessment and ”Resilience”-training.
