Responsible use of mobile technology in the construction industry (MOTEVA)

Description: The MOTEVA project was launched to develop methods for work supervision that support employees’ work motivation according to the needs of SMEs. The goal is for companies to utilise digital tools in the best possible ways so that all personnel can experience the benefits of adopting new tools and methods.

The project provides practical tools for work supervision to support manual workers’ work-related wellbeing. This is done by increasing the degree that the management of different tasks is based on digital technologies. Company needs are met by improving the understanding of how to utilise mobile technology in managerial tasks.
