The University of Turku is among the best 400 universities in the world according to the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings published on 11 September 2019.
The University of Turku was ranked among the 301–400 best universities in the Academic Ranking of World Universities this year.
The University of Turku was placed 287th in the QS World University Rankings 2020. All in all, 1,000 different universities were globally ranked according to six indicators.
The University of Turku was ranked in the world’s top 500 universities in four broad subject areas and 12 disciplines in the 2019 QS World University Rankings by Subject.
