Electronic Degree Diplomas and Study Certificates
University of Turku issues electronic study certificates and transcript of records. The signature is made with UTUSign service or, from 15 January 2024 onwards, with Atomi service. Starting from the academic year 2024–2025, all the official degree diplomas at the University of Turku are electronical and are signed with a qualified electronic signature.
Electronic study certificates are signed with a certificate found from the EUTL list (European Union Trusted Lists). The documents are in PDF form and they are official only in electronic form. If the document has been modified, the changes invalidate the electronic signature and the document is not official anymore. If printed on paper, the electronically signed study document is considered as a copy of the official document.
If you are a student at the University of Turku, you can download your official, electronically signed transcript of records and study certificate from Peppi (Student's Desktop > Certificates) from 22 January 2024 onwards.
