Futures Guidance

At the core of futures guidance is the idea of ​​the future being open and containing many different possibilities.

The future is not predetermined but can be influenced by your own actions and choices. Futures guidance helps you identify different options and develop an understanding of the factors that influence your choices.

Futures guidance is the result of a combination of futures research and holistic guidance. The concept and guidance tools have been developed in various projects of the Finland Futures Research Centre since 2009.

We have compiled information on the Futurse Guidance and Individual Guidance and teamwork tasks that support the thinking of the futures.
