Nutrition and Food Research Center has a vast experience and know-how of designing, setting up and conducting clinical studies involving state-of-the-art methodologies in nutrition, metabolism and gut microbiota.
We operate in dedicated clinical research facilities in the Faculty of Medicine. These facilities include equipment for nutrition, body composition, and metabolic studies, as well as sampling and storing biological material.
