Public Health

Public Health provides undergraduate medical and dental students with a basic knowledge of epidemiology, major public diseases and their risk factors, health promotion, health care organisations, administration and management, insurance medicine and health economics.

Specializing doctors and dentists will be provided with the university-level knowledge they need for their work in health administration and management, health services planning and health economics. In addition, specializing doctors will be taught how to identify and prevent health problems and promote health at the population level, how to plan health services for the population and how to manage a health care organisation.
