Research
I am working as a senior researcher with my academic background in algal technologies & water treatment at the NordAqua Nordic Centre of Excellence which is a research network focusing on blue bioeconomy, in particular on developing algae for applied biotechnology purposes. NordAqua consists of 10 academic partners and several industrial and societal partners from Finland, Sweden and Norway.
I have executed several process design based waste water treatment projects through my doctorate and post-doctorate studies funded by Spanish and Finnish funding bodies.
