I studied in University of Padua (Università degli Studi di Padova) during both my Bachelor´s and Master´s degrees. I graduated as BSc in Biology with a thesis titled "Anaerobiosis and Toxicity of oxygen: responsibles and adaptations" analysing how oxygen is responsible for anaerobiosis. During my MSc thesis I studied and performed physiological analysis of Nannochloropsis oceanica strains overexpressing Rieske Fe-S subunit of cyt b6f and SBPase toward enhanced photosynthesis.
