Biography
I have worked at the university as a project researcher, as an assistant at the Department of English, as a producer of learning materials at the Department of Teacher Education (linguistically and culturally responsive teaching, https://sites.utu.fi/minasta-ja-kielesta-kiinni/oppimateriaali/) and as a university teacher of language education. Currently, I work at the Department of Teacher Education as a foreign language didactics lecturer. In addition to the university, I have worked as a postdoctoral reseacher at the Academy of Finland's Center of Excellence for Multidisciplinary Music Research (2009-2012) and as a language teacher in elementary and high school. I have also taught visual arts in high school, and studied an advanced curriculum in the subject while on exchange in the United States.
