Her research interests include diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, mother-caregivers, neurodiversity/additional needs and aspects of entrepreneurial performance by mothers including the societal impact. She herself identifies as neurodiverse and is the mother to three children, two with neurodiversity and additional needs.
