Research

My research focuses on the intersection of AI, society, and law. In my dissertation, I examined algorithmic harms and the potential of AI regulation to manage them. My expertise extends beyond AI law to the study of social harms, with a particular emphasis on AI-specific harms. Time is a crucial factor in this context, and I am interested in exploring the relationship between modern technologies, harms and law, integrating temporal perspectives along with other important viewpoints. In my research, I use not only legal analysis but also social theoretical and empirical methods, as understanding complex phenomena requires diverse approaches.
