I work as a head of development in INVEST Researech Flagship. I am responsible on delveloping the differct functions within the research centre. I support the Flagship directors ja PI's in leading the research ecosystem. I also develop and lead the administrative team of INVEST.

Prior to my current position I was a head of Unit in Research Development Unit at the University of Turku. The unit is responsible in developing the preconditions for research for example in responsible research, research ethics processes and services, open science policies and activities, research infrastructures, Cris system, university’s strategic research projects. The unit also offers support in research development at the eight faculties of the University of Turku.
