Jukka Rantasaari is a head of library services at the University of Turku. He is also a PhD student studying doctoral students’ research data management (RDM) competencies and competence needs. By training Jukka has MSSc and is a vocational teacher. Together with his team members, he is responsible for metrics, research data services (RDSs), open publishing, and Current research information system (CRIS) services in Turku University Library. He is also actively preparing open science and RDM policies and practices in national and international expert groups.
