Jorma has 39 years of working experience in the private sector as CEO, sales and marketing director, investment banker, production manager, automation engineer and software developer. He left his latest full-time job as the CEO of Finnish Technology Industries to finish his dissertation in the area of industrial economics about the relationship between the financial performance at the Tampere University. He was then invited to the University of Turku as professor of practice to start up the secondary subject of industrial engineering together with professor Saku Mäkinen. Jorma has experince from more than 30 company boards either as a chair or member. He hosts the podcast Puhetta Yritysvaikutuksista (mainly in Finnish). Jorma is willing to help in creating the project contacts with the Finnish technology industry.
