Biography
She has participated in establishing and coordinating international master’s programs in the field of information technology management since 2004. In these programs there have been students from more than 50 countries from each continents.
She has been a member of the Finnish national orienteering team almost 20 years winning for example the world championship. She is an active member of society.

Teaching
Her main teaching area has been research methods. She has been involved in the supervision of more than 50 master’s thesis. Most of the students have had international background. Coordinating Alumni Keynote Speakers interactive lecture series together with business students' organizations since 2016.
Research
Her doctoral thesis research focused on artificial neural networks and their applicability for analytical review in auditing. Today she tests neural networks applicable for clustering physical activity behaviour of white-collar- workers. Her research group has been interested in how ICT-related gadgets and systems support our daily activity. She has been involved in projects were the focus has been on public services and how their digitalization have changed the communication between citizens and service providers. Her current research interest focuses also on IT management education in international environment. She has published articles e.g. in Journal of Operational Research Society, Managerial Auditing Journal, Journal of Emerging Technologies in Accounting, International Journal of Electronic Government Research.
