Biography
My PhD research focuses on the relationship between genetics, socioeconomic status, and labour market outcomes. Using the INVEST-Full population data, I apply quantitative methods to explore how genetic predispositions and parental socioeconomic status influence educational success and career paths, with a particular emphasis on regional disparities in Finland. My goal is to understand how genetic and environmental factors shape labour market outcomes.
