Are you a degree student and feel the need for a mentor to help you navigate Finnish work life? The University of Turku's Master's Degree Mentoring Programme helps to shape your career goals and smoother transition into the professional world.
Are you a degree student looking for mentorship opportunities from someone in the Finnish workforce? The University of Turku's Master's Degree Mentoring Programme will pair you with a professional in your field to ensure a smooth transition to Finnish working life! The programme is conducted bi-lingually in English and Finnish tracks every academic year.
Through mentoring, you'll have the chance to connect and network with professionals in your field of interest. The 2025 programme kicks off in January, with the application window open from 16th September to 27th November.
In this programme, you'll be paired with experienced University of Turku alumni or an industry expert who is eager to share their expertise and guide you as you begin your career. We'll do our best to match you with a mentor who aligns with your preferences.
The information session will be held in English to introduce the key aspects of the mentoring programme, guide you through the application process, and explore different strategies for finding a mentor. The information session in Finnish is held separately.
