Baltic Rim Economies 4/2018 published
The latest issue of the Baltic Rim Economies (BRE) review was published on 18 December introducing articles on current topics concerning the Baltic Sea region.
This issue includes, among others, articles
"Finnish-Swedish economic relations – together stronger on the global market", written by Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland, Anne-Mari Virolainen;
"Russia’s economy after 2018: Long-term challenges, short-term solutions", by Chairman, Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Aleksei Kudrin;
"Finnish-Swedish defence cooperation advances", written by Commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, Jarmo Lindberg; and
"Climate change will not stop without broad co-operation", by Jarmo Kemppainen, Editor-in-Chief of newspaper Maaseudun Tulevaisuus.
The Pan-European Institute publishes a discussion forum, Baltic Rim Economies (BRE), which deals with the development of the Baltic Sea region. In the BRE review, high level public and corporate decision makers, representatives of Academia, as well as several other experts contribute to the discussion.
